Privacy Policy
Arrow Escape does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. The game has no servers, no accounts, no ads, and no analytics. It has no internet access at all — everything happens on your device.
The short version. The game never opens a network connection, and requests no Android permissions. There is nothing for us to sell, leak, or hand over, because nothing ever reaches us — and no code in the app is capable of sending it.
1. Who we are
Arrow Escape is developed by Neukaps Softwares ("we", "us"). For any question about this policy, contact neukapssoftwares@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
None. Specifically, Arrow Escape does not collect:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any account details — the game has no sign-in
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IMEI/serial numbers
- Location data of any kind, precise or approximate
- Contacts, calendar, photos library, microphone, or camera data
- Usage analytics, crash telemetry, session recordings, or heatmaps
- Which levels you play, how long you play, or how well you do
Arrow Escape contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, and no tracking library of any kind.
3. Information stored on your device
The game keeps a small amount of data locally so it can work. This data never leaves your phone, is not backed up to our systems, and is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its storage.
| What | Why | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Level progress (which levels you finished, stars earned, current level) | So you can carry on where you left off | App-private storage (MMKV) |
| Unspent hints | To keep your hint balance between sessions | App-private storage (MMKV) |
| Your settings (language, theme, vibration, sound) | To remember your preferences between launches | App-private storage (MMKV) |
4. Network connections
There are none. Arrow Escape does not declare the
INTERNET permission, so Android will not allow it to make a
network request even if it tried. Level packs ship inside the app itself.
5. Permissions we request, and why
One. The app requests VIBRATE, so a tap can
give you physical feedback. It is granted at install without a prompt,
reveals nothing about you, and you can switch the vibration off in
Settings.
It requests nothing else. In particular there is no network permission, because the game never connects, and no storage permission, because progress lives in the app's own sandbox.
6. Children's privacy
The game is suitable for all ages and collects nothing from anyone, including children. Because no personal data is collected from any user, there is nothing to delete on request under COPPA, GDPR-K, or equivalent rules.
7. Data sharing and sale
We share nothing, because we hold nothing. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any user data to any third party, for any purpose. There are no third-party SDKs in the app that could do so on our behalf.
8. Data retention and deletion
We retain nothing on any server. Everything the game stores lives in its own sandbox on your device. To delete all of it, uninstall the app, or clear its storage from Android's app settings.
9. Your rights
Rights of access, correction, portability, erasure, and objection under the GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act and similar laws apply to data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or erase. Your local data is under your direct control at all times.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new "Last updated" date. Since the app collects nothing, any change would only ever narrow that further or clarify wording.
