This Privacy Policy describes how Streaky – Daily Habit Tracker ("Streaky", "we", "us", or "the app"), operated by Neukaps, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address to create and secure your account.
- Habit data: The habits, streaks, check-ins, and notes you create in the app are stored so we can sync them to your account.
- Device & usage data: Basic technical data (such as device type and app version) may be collected to keep the app working reliably.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and sync your habits and streaks across sessions.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To improve the app's performance, stability, and features.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud backend provider. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Some data may also be cached locally on your device so the app works smoothly.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the app (e.g. our cloud hosting provider) or to comply with the law.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
6. Children's Privacy
Streaky is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Delete your account
How to request deletion of your Streaky account and all associated data.
Streaky works fully offline without an account. You only have an account if you signed in to enable optional cloud sync. To delete your account and all associated cloud data:
- Email sourabhsahu339@gmail.com from your Streaky sign-in email address.
- Use the subject line “Delete my Streaky account”.
- We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and its cloud data within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your account and email address (used for authentication).
- All habits, streaks, check-ins, logs, and profile data synced to your account.
Any data cached locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear the app's data.
What data is kept, and for how long
We do not retain your habit data or email after deletion is complete. We may retain minimal records strictly required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes where required by law, kept only for as long as legally required and then deleted. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
